We are happy to announce the availability of Intent History in the Alexa developer console in addition to the previously announced Intent Request History API in Alexa Skill Management API (SMAPI) and Alexa Skills Kit Command-Line Interface (ASK CLI). Intent History helps you to improve customer experience by understanding how your customers are engaging with your Alexa skill. Intent History offers an aggregated and anonymized view of intent requests from the last 30 days for Alexa skills that have 10 or more daily active customers.
Intent History allows you to filter the customers’ requests by intents, confidence level (high, medium, or low), and several other characteristics. You can analyze the data in several different ways to guide updates to your skill’s sample utterances and slots in the developer console:
