Daniel Mittendorf is a principal, conversational AI at MUUUH, which brings together experienced consultants, creative communication experts and technology professionals to help brands and organizations evolve into customer-centric companies.

Mittendorf is also an Alexa Champion, a recognition program designed to honor the most engaged developers and contributors in the community. Through their passion and knowledge for Alexa, Alexa Champions continue to educate and inspire other developers in the community – both online and offline.

Mittendorf's journey with Alexa began with a personal project in 2017 with the release of the first Alexa display device, the first Echo Show. The Echo Show was placed in his family kitchen but Daniel was missing an important feature: He wanted to use Alexa to watch local television. So he created an Alexa Skill called "Stream Player" which is used by over 12 million users around the word.

Check out the video below to learn more about Mittendorf's development journey, and why he believes developers should tap into Alexa's momentum --  over 500 million Alexa-enabled devices have been sold around the world -- to create the computing experiences of the future.
