This interface is used to retrieve the ILifecycleOwner for a given IView.

Get theILifecycleOwner?getLifecycleOwner(IView*view)
ILifecycleOwner of the given IView.
Parameters
view
IView* — Required
An IView.
Returns
ILifecycleOwner?
The return value is optional and might be absent.
The ILifecycleOwner for the given IView. This may return nullptr if the view is not
currently attached to the window. Note that if the IView is ever detached and reattached to the window,
it may return a different ILifecycleOwner. In this case, any ILifecycleObservers that were
added to its ILifecycle are not guaranteed to be executed.
