The interface helps in constructing a Circle object with specificied
circle operations. with operations such as create, setCx etc.

Methods
setCx()
This method sets the x-axis coordinate. Default value is 0.0 withvoidsetCx(SvgLengthcx)

SvgLength — Required
SvgLength the x-axis coordinate of the center of the shape.
setCy()
This method sets the y-axis coordinate. Default value is 0.0 withvoidsetCy(SvgLengthcy)

setRadius()
This method sets the circle radius value. Default value is 0.0 withvoidsetRadius(SvgLengthradius)
