Extends com.amazon.apmf.IStandard
Interface that act as provider for IMediaSurface. For each Surface created internally by UI
component, there will be a IMediaSurface created by OS. This instance can be used
to interact with OS services.
Usage: To acquire the instance of IKeplerMediaSurfaceProvider, Developers will need
to query this interface on ISurfaceView instance.
