Extends com.amazon.apmf.IStandard Interface for managing focus navigation among Views.

Methods

​

setNextFocus()

void setNextFocus(IView* view, FocusDirection direction, IView* nextFocus)

Sets the next focusable View in the specified direction. If the nextFocus View is not focusable or is nullptr, the system will attempt to find the next focusable View in the specified direction from the nextFocus View and set the focus to that View. If there are no focusable Views in the specified direction, the focus will remain on the current View.

Parameters

view

IView* — Required The View for which to set the next focusable View.

direction

FocusDirection — Required The direction to set the next focus. Should be one of FocusDirection.

nextFocus

IView* — Required The View to set as the next focusable View in the specified direction.

getNextFocus()

IView? getNextFocus(IView* view, FocusDirection direction)

Gets the next focusable View in the specified direction.

IView* — Required The View for which to get the next focusable View.

direction

FocusDirection — Required The direction to get the next focus. Should be one of FocusDirection.

Returns

IView? The return value is optional and might be absent. The next focusable View in the specified direction, or null if none is set.
