void setCx(SvgLength cx)

Sets the X-axis center coordinate of the ellipse (cx). Default value is 0.0 with SvgUnit::Number

Sets the Y-axis center coordinate of the ellipse (cy). Default value is 0.0 with SvgUnit::Number
