Extends ISvgModule2
This interface extends ISvgModule2 with additional capability to create a textPath element.
Obtain via TryQueryInterface<ISvgModule3>().
Methods
makeSvgTextPath()
This function creates a TextPath element which lays out its text content along the shape of the given path. The path geometry is captured at construction; later changes to the passedISvgTextPath*makeSvgTextPath(ISvgPathNode?path)
ISvgPathNode (for example via ISvgPathNode::setPath) do not propagate to
the returned textPath. Use ISvgTextPath::setInlinePath or
ISvgTextPath::setHref to change the path afterward.
Parameters
path
ISvgPathNode? — Optional
the ISvgPathNode whose geometry the text is laid out along, or null to
create the textPath with no path source. When null, no text is laid out until a
path is set via ISvgTextPath::setInlinePath or ISvgTextPath::setHref.
Returns
ISvgTextPath*
the new created ISvgTextPath object.
