You can add in-app advertisements in your Fire tablet apps via third-party Ad SDKs. This page lists the SDKs that are compatible with Fire tablets and the types of ads you can display in your apps.
Supported Ad SDKs
The table below lists the SDKs that are compatible with Fire tablets.
|Ad SDK||Minimum Version||Supported Ad Formats|
|AdColony||4.1.1||Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded, and Native|
|Chartboost||N/A||Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded, and Native|
|MoPub||4.15.0||Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded, and Native|
|Vungle||5.3.0||Interstitial, Rewarded, and Native|
With the supported Ad SDKs above, advertisers can display any of the following ad types on your Fire tablet app.
- Banner - Rectangular ads that appear at the top or bottom of the device screen. Banner ads stay on screen while users are interacting with the app, and can refresh automatically after a certain period of time.
- Interstitial - Full-screen ads that cover the interface of an app until it is closed by the user.
- Rewarded - Ads that reward users for watching short videos and interacting with playable ads and surveys.
- Native - Customizable ads that match the look and feel of your app.
Other Ad SDKs
The Ad SDKs listed on this page support Fire tablets. However, the Amazon Appstore is working with other Ad SDK providers to enable support. This page will be updated when additional Ad SDKs become compatible with Fire tablets.
