We love our Amazon Developer Evangelists! Unfortunately we hardly get to see them because they are traversing the globe, on a quest to connect with all of the brilliant developers out there and talk about their favorite subject: app and game development! Here’s where you can find them this February:
Casual Connect Europe – February 9
What motivates top spenders in the Amazon Appstore? Stop by Hall 8 at 10:00AM on Thursday February 9 to find out. Developer Evangelist, Mike Hines will share observations and data on how to cultivate new and existing power-users to maximize your revenue potential.
Amazon Appstore DE Meetup (Berlin) – February 9
Come say hi to Amazon Appstore Developer Evangelists Mario Viviani at our inaugural Amazon Appsters event in Berlin. In addition to food, beer, and prizes, we’ll be sharing new opportunities in monetisation and discoverability for app and game developers as well as the easy steps for becoming an Alexa skills creator.
White Nights (Prague) – February 13
Don’t spend a penny! Mike Hines will share examples of indie app and game developers who are acquiring new users and generating revenue for free in his session: Four Essential Marketing Tips That Have Nothing to Do With Buying Traffic or Placing Ads.
Amazon Developer Day at GDC 2017 – February 27
We have a full day of great panels this year at GDC where we will be discussing everything from API Integration, monetization, publishing, game analytics and promotion best practices. If you are heading to GDC, you won’t want to miss Crafting Promotions That Work, and How I Created One That Didn’t presented by Mike Hines and Integrating Amazon APIs in Unity presented by Peter Heinrich.
eTail – February 28
Finally, we close out February with a trip to Palm Springs for eTail, the event for ecommerce and multi-channel retail innovators. Peter will be joined by voices from Fresh Direct, Dell, and Optimove, in a panel discussion about creative loyalty incentives to retain customers, keep them captive, effectively edge out the competition.
If you see our Evangelists, be sure to say hi!
