Alexa for Hospitality provides device fleet management to build Alexa capabilities at scale. Alexa simplifies tasks for guests like playing music, checking the weather, calling the front desk, ordering room service, controlling in-room temperature or lighting, and even checking out. Use voice immersive experiences to help your property increase revenues, reduce costs, and improve guest satisfaction.
"Alexa, what restaurants are on this property"
Property analytics and insights provide aggregated guest engagement to help hospitality providers optimize their guest experience and innovate on their behalf, expand services, and streamline processes.
Dynamic language switching enables guests, residents and staff to converse with Alexa in English or Spanish and Alexa will respond in the language Alexa heard. Users can talk to Alexa in either language without having to change any settings. Solution Providers need to select dual languages at setup to enable this feature.
Alexa for Hospitality was built with guest privacy in mind. Guests’ voice recordings are not saved. No personal information needs to be shared with Alexa to use the device.
We’ve built in multiple layers of privacy protections.
Drive employee productivity by integrating Alexa with property management systems, guest request and engagement platforms, and smart room solutions to route, prioritize, and fulfill requests efficiently. This enables staff to focus on the guest interactions that matter most.
“Alexa, contact the front desk”
“Alexa, help me check out"
“Alexa, what are the pool hours”
You can enable Alexa as the hub of the room, creating a guest-centric experience through the power of voice. Alexa provides an experience that all guests can enjoy. Guests can say:
“Alexa, play music”
“Alexa, turn up the temperature"
“Alexa, reserve a table”
Echo Devices with Screens allows hospitality, senior living, and other properties to display information about your property, enable room service ordering using touch-screen and voice, or display events at the property.
Alexa for Hospitality offers two visual experiences:
Rotating cards: are visual content on the screen of an Echo Show device. Today these show content like weather, news, sports highlights, and suggested skills. Rotating cards are great for content, which is not urgent.
Pinned cards: will stay on the screen until dismissed by the user or the expiration time has been reached. You can use the Pinned Card APIs to publish information that is important for the user to see.
New accessibility API
Alexa for Hospitality also offers new accessibility APIs. With these APIs you can enable accessibility settings on behalf of your guests and residents to improve their experience. These settings include captions, screen magnifier, and color inversion.
Alexa for Hospitality allows you to deploy and manage Alexa enabled devices and experiences at scale with Frustration-Free Setup and Alexa APIs. Through Alexa APIs, you can assign devices to properties, enable Alexa skills, create a customized guest experience, and more.
