Capitalized terms used, but not defined, in these Program Requirements have the meanings given in the Agreement. 2.8 You may not use the Ring Service for any activity where the use or failure of the Ring Service could lead to death, injury, or property damage;
2.9 You will implement all reasonable security measures to ensure that no third party may gain unauthorized access to the Ring Service, any Ring Materials, or any video, audio, or content transmitted via any Ring In-App Product, and you will notify us of any such unauthorized access and cooperate with us to resolve any such issues;
2.10 If you stop using the Ring Service or if you no longer participate in the Ring Appstore, you must delete all information about all end users you have received from the Ring Service, unless you have received explicit consent from the end user to retain such data or as permitted under applicable Law;
2.11 You will delete all data you receive from us or collect through use of the Ring Service concerning an end user if we or the end user asks you to do so and will provide an easily accessible mechanism for end users to make that request. We may require you to delete data you receive from us if you violate these requirements or any other terms of the Agreement;
2.12 You will not circumvent controls we enact to allow end users to prevent sharing data with you;
2.13 You will not allow the use of your Ring In-App Product for any activity that violates applicable laws, rules, and regulations, or any terms of the Agreement, including any fraudulent, inappropriate, or potentially harmful behavior; you will promptly restrict any offending end users of your Ring In-App Product from further use of your Ring In-App Product;
2.14 You will provide a resource to allow end users and the general public to report abuse of your Ring In-App Product;

2.16 You will not diminish or limit the features or functionality of a Subscription Ring In-App Product or otherwise prevent an end user from using paid subscription features during an active subscription term without providing adequate notice;
2.17 You will only offer Subscription Ring In-App Products to be sold or licensed on a monthly basis;
2.18 Your Product Information will clearly explain how you and your Ring In-App Product use end user data so that end users can understand your data practices;

4. Content Requirements
Your Ring In-App Product must comply with the Ring Content Policy, available at https://developer.amazon.com/docs/ring/content-policy.html, but which is subject to change from time to time.
5. Billing Policies
5.1 Third Party Services
We may use a third party service, such as Stripe Connect, to pay Ring Transaction Proceeds to you. In the event we use a third party service, we may credit your account with such third party and allow the third party to remit payment to your bank account after a withholding period. We may modify the withholding period in our sole discretion.
5.2 Ring Fee
For Ring Transactions, you shall pay us a fee of 10% of the Ring Product Price (i.e., excluding Taxes). For transactions which are not Ring Transactions, there shall be no Ring Fee. For illustrative purposes only, if a Ring In-App Product has a Ring Product Price of $10, an applicable Tax rate in the US of 7%, the total charge to an end user would be $10.70, and we shall be entitled to a Ring Fee of $1.00.
5.3 Billing Credits
If end users pay for a Subscription Ring In-App Product using billing credits, we may reduce your Ring Transaction Proceeds by the amount of such credits. We are not required to pay you separately for those credits.
5.4 Refund and Cancellation Policy
We may set an end user refund and cancellation policy for sales of Ring In-App Products. We may grant end users refunds and credits in accordance with that policy or otherwise in our discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, our refund policies and practices may include the following:
5.4.1 End users may be eligible to receive a refund for the Subscription Ring In-App Product during a grace period we determine or as required by Law.
5.4.2 If your Subscription Ring In-App Product is removed from the Ring Appstore, we may issue a refund to affected end users.
5.4.3 If an end user cancels a Subscription Ring In-App Product, their cancellation may not take effect immediately but instead, the end user may retain access through the end of the current subscription period and the Subscription Ring In-App Product will not renew on the next scheduled renewal.
5.4.4 If an end user or their devices become ineligible to participate in the Ring Appstore (e.g., they no longer have an eligible Ring subscription), any active Subscription Ring In-App Product may be canceled immediately and the end user may be entitled to a prorated refund.
5.4.5 If an end user's payment fails for a subscription renewal, we may attempt to reprocess their payment over a period of 21 days. If the payment is not successfully processed during that period, the end user's Subscription Ring In-App Product may be canceled.
