Ring Appstore Program Requirements
These Program Requirements are part of the Amazon Developer Services Agreement (the "Agreement"). Capitalized terms used, but not defined, in these Program Requirements have the meanings given in the Agreement. You must ensure that you and all your Ring Enabled Offerings comply with these Program Requirements at all times. These Program Requirements will continue to apply for so long as the Ring Enabled Offering is distributed through the Ring Services or otherwise connects with the Ring Services. You agree that in connection with your (and your Ring Enabled Offerings') use of the Ring Services to the following Program Requirements.

Submission and Approval
We may require you to submit your Ring Enabled Offerings to us for review and approval in connection with any proposed or actual distribution of (or otherwise making available use of) your Ring Enabled Offerings to any end user. Distribution may also require that you enter into additional agreements with providers of a third party service.

General Program Requirements
You agree to follow the general program requirements:
- You will not impair, disrupt, or interfere with the performance of the Ring Services;
- you will not remove, disable, circumvent, or interfere with any of the features or functionality we make available through the Ring Service for Ring Enabled Offerings;
- you will not modify the user interface of Ring Services in any way not permitted by us in writing;
- you will not use the Ring Service for the purpose of monitoring, and will not monitor, the availability, performance, or functionality of any of Amazon's products or services;
- you will not make the Ring Enabled Offering available to ineligible end users, such as end users without an active, eligible Ring plan (such as a Ring Protect Plan) on the devices sharing data and content with the Ring Enabled Offering;
- you will not facilitate or provide access to the Ring Service through any means other than through the authentication methods we specify, and you will not disable, circumvent, or avoid any security device, mechanism, or protocol of the Ring Service;
- you will promptly (and in any event within any timeframes we expressly specify) update your Ring Enabled Offerings with any updates we require to any Ring Materials incorporated into your Ring Enabled Offerings;
- you will not (i) misrepresent your identity or the origin of your Ring Enabled Offering, (ii) mask your usage in connection with your use of the Ring Service, or (iii) provide your developer credentials to any third party;
- you may not use the Ring Service for any activity where the use or failure of the Ring Service could lead to death, injury, or property damage;
- you will implement all reasonable security measures to ensure that no third party may gain unauthorized access to the Ring Service, any Ring Materials, or any video, audio, or content transmitted via any Ring Enabled Offering;
- if you stop using the Ring Service or if you no longer participate in the Ring Appstore Program, you must delete all information about an end user you have received from the Ring Service, unless you have received explicit consent from the end user to retain such data or as permitted under applicable law;
- you will delete all data you receive from us or collect through use of the Ring Service concerning an end user if we or the end user asks you to do so and will provide an easily accessible mechanism for end users to make that request. We may require you to delete data you receive from us if you violate these requirements or any other terms of the Agreement;
- you will not circumvent controls we enact to allow end users to prevent sharing data with you;
- you will not allow the use of your Ring Enabled Offering for any activity that violates applicable laws, rules, and regulations, or any terms of the Agreement, including any fraudulent, inappropriate, or potentially harmful behavior; you will promptly restrict any offending end users of your Ring Enabled Offering from further use of your Ring Enabled Offering;
- you will publicly provide a resource to report abuse of your Ring Enabled Offering;
- unless we permit otherwise in writing (which we may revoke with at least 30 days' written notice), you will not use any billing or payment system other than the Ring Billing System;
- you will not circumvent the Ring Billing System, including, for example, charging end users for Ring Enabled Offerings using a separate billing and payment system or enabling access to your Ring Enabled Offering using another method than the Ring Appstore Program;
- you will not allow end users to pay to subscribe to your Ring Enabled Offering except on a monthly basis;
- your Product Information will clearly explain how you and your Ring Enabled Offering use end user data so that end users can understand your data practices;
- you will not directly or indirectly trigger or interface any alarm services without first obtaining all governmental licenses and authorizations required in all applicable jurisdictions, including without limitation, any permits required by local municipalities; and
- you will be responsible for any fines or fees imposed for any false, fraudulent, unpermitted, or excessive emergency service dispatches or alarm signals associated with your Ring Enabled Offering.

Branding Requirements
Your Ring Enabled Offering must not have a product name, description, domain name, logo, or any other branding that includes, is a variant of, or is confusingly similar to "Ring", "Amazon" or another Amazon trademark or logo.

Content Requirements
Your Ring Enabled Offering must comply with the Content Policy, available at here, which are subject to change from time to time.

Additional Billing Policies
5.1 Third Party Services. We may use a third party service, such as Stripe Connect, to pay Transaction Proceeds to you. You may be required to register with the third party and accept their terms of service and any additional applicable policies. In the event we use a third party service, we may credit your account with such third party and allow the third party remit payment to your bank account after a withholding period, [which will be presented in your third party portal]. We may modify the withholding period in our sole discretion.
5.2 Billing Credits. If end users pay for a Subscription-Based Ring Enabled Offering using billing credits, we may reduce your Transaction Proceeds by the amount of such credits. We are not required to pay you separately for those credits.
5.3 Refund and Cancelation Policy. We may set a refund and cancelation policy. In our discretion, the following policies shall apply:
- End users shall be eligible to receive a full refund for the Ring Enabled Offering during a grace period.
- We may enforce a soft cancelation requirement such that end users will complete the subscription period for any Subscription-Based Ring Enabled Offering rather than cancel immediately.
- When an end user's Ring subscription is cancelled and there is no dunning period applicable, any active Subscription-Based Ring Enabled Offering may be cancelled immediately and the end user may be entitled to a prorated refund.
- If an end user's payment enters dunning for a subscription renewal, we may attempt reprocessing payment over a period of 21 days, after which, an end user's subscription may be canceled.

Approved Territories
Unless otherwise approved by us in writing, you may not distribute, sell, or market for sale Ring Enabled Offerings outside the following territories:
