Q: My skill failed certification, do I need to submit a new promotional form when I re-submit my skill for certification?
A: No. Because your skill ID has not changed, your original form submission is still valid as long as it is submitted during the promotion period.
Q: I believe that I have done everything to qualify for the promotion. When will I receive my promotional items?
A: Please allow 60 days time to pass after the promotion period has ended before contacting our support team for details regarding any items you may have earned through the promotion.
Q: Do I have to submit new skills to qualify for the promotion?
A: Yes. To be eligible for the promotion, you must publish new skills to the catalog during the promotion period. Updates to existing skills (published to the catalog before the current promotion period) will not qualify for the promotion.
Q: Can I submit my skill for multiple Alexa promotions?
A: No. We do sometimes run multiple promotions during the same period, but we do not allow for eligibility for more than one promotion at a time unless it is noted. If you submit for more than one Alexa promotion at a time (including in other geographies), you will be disqualified from all Alexa promotions at the time.
Q: How do I find my skill ID?
A: You can find your Skill ID by logging into developer.amazon.com and navigating to Amazon Developer Console > Alexa > Alexa Skills Kit > View Skill ID. The Skill ID is unique and typically starts with "amzn1.ask.skill. Copy it in exactly as seen without any spaces or extra characters.
Q: Do I have to wait for my skill to go live before I can submit a promotional form?
A: No. However, your skill does need to be published during the promotional period to be eligible and you can only submit one skill and we cannot change the skill submitted after the fact.
Offer valid for developers who publish two or more new Alexa skills between 15 January 2019 at 12:01 am (GMT) and 31 March 2019 at 11:59 pm (GMT) (the “promotion period”).
This promotion is only available to residents in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria, Italy and Spain. You may only apply to Alexa promotions in the country or region you (physically) reside in (regardless of which skill store your skill is published to), or you will be ineligible for all current Alexa promotions.
Developers who submit to Alexa promotions in other geographies will be disqualified from all Alexa promotions running during this time.
Developers who publish two new Alexa skills during the promotion period and otherwise comply with the terms of the offer will receive an Alexa swag (selectable from the list within the application form), while supplies last. Amazon reserves the right to provide a different swag, other than the ones listed in the application form.
Developers in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Germany or Austria, who publish two new Alexa skills during the promotion period, where one is used by at least 300 unique users within the first 30 days after being approved by Amazon for publication, and otherwise comply with the terms of the offer, will receive an Amazon Echo Dot voucher additionally to the swag, while supplies last. The voucher will be distributed via e-mail.
Developers in Italy or Spain, who publish two Alexa skills during the promotion period, where one is used by at least 150 unique users within the first 30 days of being approved by Amazon for publication, and otherwise comply with the terms of the offer, will receive an Amazon Echo Dot voucher additionally to the swag, while supplies last. The voucher will be distributed via e-mail.
Promotion benefits will be distributed via Email voucher at least 30 days after the end of the promotion period.
After the submission to one Alexa promotion, you will be excluded from all other Alexa promotions running during the given time period in the same as well as in other countries.

This offer is limited to one promotion benefit per person. We will not accept multiple applications from any one email address, skill ID, developer account, or physical address. If multiple applications are received, the last one submitted will be awarded any promotion benefit earned.
