These Alexa Event Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern your registration for and participation at the Alexa event (the “Event”) and are an agreement between Amazon.com Services LLC (“Amazon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you. You represent to us that you are authorized to enter into these Terms. You confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.

Code of Conduct
We firmly believe in the value and importance of an environment where all Alexa community members feel welcome and safe. This Code of Conduct explains what type of behavior we expect from Alexa community members interacting at live events, virtual events, and across Alexa blogs, online forums, and social media. The purpose of our Alexa events, both live and virtual, and community engagement across social media forums is to foster technical and professional education and encourage community discussion. The terms of this Code of Conduct are non-negotiable. We will not tolerate behavior that runs counter to this Code of Conduct.
Behavior
Scope
We expect all event participants (including Alexa employees, attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, and guests) to uphold the principles of this Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct covers the main event, whether live or virtual, and all related events (social or otherwise). Amazon employees attending events must continue to abide by all company policies at all times.
Consequences
If we believe that you are not complying with this Code of Conduct, we may deny you entry or require you to leave all event venue(s). You may also be banned from future live and virtual event participation, and from engaging across Alexa blogs, online forums, and social media channels. All determinations are at our sole discretion. We will involve local law enforcement if we deem appropriate. Suspected breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future live and virtual events.
