Alexa Champions

Andrea Bianco is the owner of a Smart House Consulting business in southern Arizona. She provides consultations, and design guidance, and offers technical installations, including those using Alexa-enabled devices such as Amazon Echo and Echo Dot.  

Andrea eagerly engaged in the Alexa developer community because she recognized that Alexa was a game changer in home automation, and saw the potential in the open developers services that Amazon offered. Because she is a conduit between technical development and end users, she provides valuable feedback for future development. She has shared desired skill requests, Alexa feature requests, and improvements/ functionality to already existing skills. Andrea is a regular attendee of the ASK Developer Office Hours on Tuesdays. Andrea and Amazon evangelist Michael Palermo have teamed up to present the latest Smart Home Alexa technology in the greater Tucson Arizona area.  

Andrea’s professional experiences in process improvement/business analytics and healthcare (concentration on disabilities and geriatrics) sparks her passion to work with Alexa technology, AI and IoT. She is motivated by identifying and recognizing the improved quality of life for users.  

Andrea is dedicated to bringing voice automation to the masses through homes, cars and wearables.
