Interface that content provider applications implement to handle commands from Amazon's content personalization service to fetch content entitlement data.

Handles a GetAllContentEntitlements command.
The GetAllContentEntitlements command requests that the complete list of the individual content entitlements be sent in the response.
Implementation of this API can use the IContentEntitlementsProvider.addContentEntitlementChunk(...) method to provide content entitlement data in chunks.
When IContentEntitlementsProvider.commit() is invoked, all of the provided content entitlement data will be committed to Amazon's content personalization cloud service.
