Video Color Transfer

Color Transfer characteristics map the color gamut to the screen signal

Transfer function describes the electro-optical algorithm supported by the rendering capabilities of a device, independent of the display, to map the source colors in the decoded media into the colors to be displayed.

Values 1-15 are taken from Table 3 of ISO/IEC 23001-8:2016 Values 16-18 are proposed to extend the standard values https://matroska.org/technical/elements.html
