ITextTrackKind: "subtitles" | "captions" | "metadata"

Defines the type of text track and how it should be handled.

Possible values:

• "subtitles": Translation of dialog for non-native language speakers
• "captions": Transcription of dialog and sound effects for accessibility
• "metadata": Track used for scripting purposes
