Accelerated Subscriptions Introduction for Cloud App Streaming

Test your app before publishing it live. With Live App Testing (LAT), you can assign testers to test the app in a beta environment. For steps, see Get Started with Live App Testing.

In-App Purchases (IAP) let customers buy services within your app. This way, you can offer the app for free and still earn revenue. Currently, there are three types of IAPs:

Subscriptions
Entitlements
Consumables

Previously, to test a subscription for a supported period (such as weekly, monthly, or annually), you'd have to wait for the full plan to expire. This was the only way to verify correct renewal.

With accelerated subscriptions, this has changed. Now in a matter of minutes, you can test even an annual subscription.

Note: You can't add accelerated subscriptions and keep other old subscriptions testing-enabled. For that reason, enabling accelerated subscriptions cancels all previous subscription testing.

Note: Purchase receipts generated from accelerated subscription IAP orders can be verified using Receipt Verification Service.
