Identity and security assessment

  1. Go to Contact Us.
  1. In the Category section, choose "Amazon Data Portability".
  2. In the Topic section, choose "Identity & Security Assessment".
  3. In the Subject box, provide the subject of the case.
  4. In the Description box, provide the required information.

    📘 To understand what is the available Amazon customers information and the corresponding verification steps which will be completed in this phase see Available Amazon Data Portability LWA Scopes.

  1. Select Send. This opens a case to Amazon Data Portability support.
  2. You will get an email notification with explanations on the status of the case and next steps.
  3. Once your case is resolved, proceed to Step 3. Create an LWA security profile.
