This interface extends IGraphicsModule4 to provide a factory for IPathMeasure.

Creates a newIPathMeasure*makePathMeasure(IPath*path,boolforceClosed)
IPathMeasure initialized with the specified IPath.
Parameters
path
IPath* — Required
the IPath to be measured.
forceClosed
bool — Required
if true, the path will be considered closed even if its contour was
not explicitly closed.
Returns
IPathMeasure*
a new IPathMeasure instance associated with the given path.
