Merchant portal user setup
Introduction
The Just Walkout Merchant Portal provides customers with a rich set of capabilities managed through user roles and permissions. Upon creation of your virtual store, a Super Admin role will be established with temporary credentials which are provided to you.
The Super Admin will initially log into the Merchant Portal with the temporary password, and begin the process of establishing users and permissions. The Super Admin will be able to invite additional users to the Merchant Portal. For purposes of configuring your integration points, it is recommended to establish a secondary user role with permissions for Connector Configurations. The following steps outline the process for establishing the Secondary User.
Step 1: Invite users to the Merchant Portal
You can invite a secondary user to the account by providing the name and email address values. It is recommended to use the same email address if the same user manages multiple merchant accounts reducing the user’s need to repeat the login process.
