Development Kits for ACK

Solutions for Creating Smart Products using the Alexa Connect Kit

You can use the solutions listed on this page to accelerate your product development process with ACK.

When you build an ACK-based device, you choose a development kit to prototype your Alexa-connected product. The ACK development kit and developer documentation enable you to quickly set up ACK-based connectivity and Alexa voice control.

For production, you choose the ACK module to manufacture.

ACK for Matter

Prototype your device using the ACK SDK for Matter, and then design your hardware with an Amazon-qualified SoC for manufacturing. With Matter, Alexa and other Matter-certified smart home assistants can control your device locally, which can reduce latency and improve reliability.

Development Kits

The development kits come with an integrated ACK module that provides connection with Alexa, ACK managed services, and Matter admins. Select the same brand of development kit as SoC.
