What does this mean for the devices on the legacy version of Alexa for Business?
We plan to run a de-registration script for remaining devices in A4B database. This script will work only if the devices are online. Any Alexa-enabled devices on the legacy version of Alexa for Business will revert to set-up mode, which is the equivalent of doing a reset of the devices. Once this happens, each device can only be used for personal, non-commercial uses in non-commercial settings, or re-deployed as part of Alexa Smart Properties.

Please note: If the device was offline, the device could become non-functional. Please contact customer service.

What happens to my organization's private skills?
Private skills will be disabled as part of A4B deprecation.

What happens to my organization hierarchy?
User will not be able to access any A4B resources (organization/room/room profile/etc) from A4B console or API.

What happens to users enrolled in the organization hierarchy?
User should not be able to access organization resources (e.g. private skills will be disabled).
