IDLE

DRAGGING
The PagerView is actively being scrolled due to user interaction. This state indicates that:PageScrollState={1}
- The user is currently interacting and moving the PagerView
- The view may be between pages
SETTLING
The PagerView is automatically animating to its final position. This state indicates that:PageScrollState={2}
- The user is not actively interacting with the view
- The view is moving towards a stable position
