Extends IWifiInterface
Extended Wi-Fi interface with regulatory domain (country code) support.
Provides APIs to configure and query the Wi-Fi country code which
determines allowed channels and transmit power levels per regional
regulations.

country code in ISO 3166 alpha-2 (2-letter).
