i8[] — Required The buffer to read the bytes into.
limit
i32 — Required The maximum number of Unicode code points to read.

Returns

i32 How many Unicode code points were read.

Throws

  • UnexpectedEofError — when an attempt is made to read past the end of the available data.
  • IoError — when error occurs during reading.
