Signifies whether the PIN was changed, i.e. the user’s account PIN
was reset wtih www.amazon.com/pin and on the saved value in the device.
Returns
true if the PIN was changed, else false.
!note the user’s decision to cancel PIN change is not treated as a failure;
instead this accessor will indicate false.
