Returns true if the device supports the experimental beta6_20240801 Parental Controls feature set.
Interfaces in the experimental_beta6_20240801 module may only be used safely if support is
asserted at runtime. Check the result of this function before using those interfaces and provide
a fallback or proper error handling in the case that they are not.
Note: This method exposes a package-level check for runtime support since OmniKit’s QueryInterface/
TryQueryInterface is not exposed directly to TypeScript atow.
