sign()

sign(message): Promise<ArrayBuffer> Sign a message to create a digital signature.

Parameters

message

ArrayBuffer The full message to sign.

Returns

Promise<ArrayBuffer> A promise that resolves to the digital signature.

Remarks

The method handles the hashing of the message internally, so the caller should provide the full, unhashed message data.

Throws

SecurityError If the sign operation fails.
