Publication Checklist

Before you publish your game in a distribution portal, make sure that you’ve addressed the following:

  • Have you published all your achievements and leaderboards?—Players cannot access draft versions of your achievements and leaderboards. They must be published to be generally available. For more information, see “Publish Achievements” and “Publish Leaderboards” on this page.
  • Have you localized your achievements and leaderboards?—If you plan to offer alternate language variations of your achievements and leaderboards, you should do so before you publish your game. For more information, see “Localize Achievements” and “Localize Leaderboards” on Manage Your GameCircle Configuration.
  • Is your game correctly connected to a security profile?—A security profile is how GameCircle identifies your game, and any games or game variants that share a security profile will share achievements, leaderboards, and Whispersync for Games data. How you configure your security profile depends on your use case. For more information, see “Security Profiles” on How Does GameCircle Work?, Get Set Up for GameCircle and “Step 1: Describe Your Game” on Create a GameCircle Configuration.
