Get allowlisted
To start the allowlisting, do these:
- From the Developer Portal, go to Contact Us.
- In the Category section, choose "Amazon Data Portability".
- In the Topic section, choose "Scopes Allowlisting & Integration support".
- In the Message box, provide the required information, such as the Application's HTTPS endpoints for notifications, Client Id and Security Profile Id.

Before starting to receive notifications, a SubscriptionConfirmation message will be sent.
🚧 You’ll have to confirm the subscription
by visiting the SubscribeURL link sent as part of the message within 48 hours, before the link expires.
If expired, you can request new SubscriptionConfirmation messages on the same case.
- You have an option to attach a file if you need to provide more details.
- Select Send. This opens a case to allowlist your Application.
- You will get an email notification with responses on the status of the case and next steps.
- Once your case is resolved, proceed to Authorize your Application to connect with Amazon Data Portability API.
