Interface that content provider applications implement to handle commands from Amazon’s subscription entitlement service to fetch subscription data.

getAllSubscriptionEntitlements()
Handles thevoidgetAllSubscriptionEntitlements(ISubscriptionEntitlementsProvider*subscriptionEntitlementsProvider)
GetAllSubscriptionEntitlements command.
GetAllSubscriptionEntitlements commands request that the complete list of subscriptions be sent in response.
Implementation of this API can use the ISubscriptionEntitlementsProvider.addSubscriptionEntitlementChunk(...) method to provide subscription data in chunks.
When ISubscriptionEntitlementsProvider.commit() is invoked, all of the provided subscription data will be committed to Amazon’s subscription entitlement cloud service.
