Extends IRsaOaepKeyBuilder Enhanced RSA OAEP key builder with support for public exponents. This interface extends the original IRsaOaepKeyBuilder with additional functionality for setting custom public exponents.

IRsaOaepKeyBuilder2* publicExponent(u8[] exponent)
Set an explicit public exponent for RSA OAEP key generation. If not specified, {0x01, 0x00, 0x01} will be used.
