Extends com.amazon.apmf.IStandard Interface for accessing and controlling the default Bluetooth adapter on the device.

tryMakeAdvertiser()

IAdvertiser? tryMakeAdvertiser()
Provides access to Bluetooth advertiser capabilities. If the user invokes this and receives a non-NULL advertiser object, it indicates support for ‘legacy/classic’ BLE advertising. At present, it doesn’t support extended or periodic advertising. After the support for these are introduced, dedicated interfaces are provided to indicate their availability. Does not throw an exception.

Returns

IAdvertiser? The return value is optional and might be absent. Returns pointer to the IAdvertiser interface for BLE advertising operations. Null is returned if BLE advertising is not supported.
