Controller for an IAsyncLoop.
Methods
start()
void start()
Starts the async loop and begins processing items on the current thread.
stop()
void stop()
Stops the async loop. Tasks already in progress run to completion.
Queued tasks that have not started are discarded; their associated
futures are rejected with [OperationCancelledError]. Blocks until
all in-progress tasks have finished. This method is idempotent.
