Data object ContextConfigAttributes
interface struct ContextConfigAttributes
Interface that encapsulates various client desired attributes related to context configuration.
ContextConfigAttributes helps clients choose the desired context configuration. Clients can
retrieve a set of supported and available context configurations (IContextConfig) based on a
ContextConfigAttributes object. While creating IContext and IGraphicsSurface, the desired
IContextConfig object needs to be passed in. While building ContextConfigAttributes, clients must
set each mandatory field explicitly. A field is mandatory unless marked as optional.
Fields
numRedBits
i32 — Required
Number of red bits in color buffer. System would use optimal value if ‘-1’ is passed.
numGreenBits
i32 — Required
Number of green bits in color buffer. System would use optimal value if ‘-1’ is passed.
numBlueBits
i32 — Required
Number of blue bits in color buffer. System would use optimal value if ‘-1’ is passed.
numAlphaBits
i32 — Required
Number of alpha bits in color buffer. System would use optimal value if ‘-1’ is passed.
numDepthBits
i32 — Required
Number of depth bits in depth buffer. System would use optimal value if ‘-1’ is passed.
numStencilBits
i32 — Required
Number of stencil bits in stencil buffer. System would use optimal value if ‘-1’ is passed.
needPackedDepthStencilBuffer
bool — Required
Needs a packed depth stencil buffer.
numSamplesPerPixel
i32 — Required
Number of samples per pixel. System would use optimal value if ‘-1’ is passed.
presentationMode
PresentationMode — Required
Refers to how images are presented to the screen
compressionPolicy
CompressionPolicy — Required
Refers to levels of internal compression system can enable.
isLossyCompressionOk
bool — Required
Indicates if lossy compression is OK
nativeConfigAttributes
i32[] — Required
Array of native attributes and their values. Most clients should’t have to pass anything for this
unless they need some native config attributes which couldn’t be represented by above ones.
This is an optional field.
