Layout direction for arranging and navigating between pages in a PagerView.
Layout direction determines the order in which pages are arranged and the direction
of page navigation within the specified axis. This is independent of the scrolling
axis (Axis::HORIZONTAL vs Axis::VERTICAL) and controls the sequence
in which pages appear and how navigation is interpreted.

FORWARD | 0 | Forward layout direction for page arrangement. For Axis::HORIZONTAL axis, this represents Left-to-Right (LTR) layout. For Axis::VERTICAL axis, this represents Top-to-Bottom (TTB) layout. This is the default layout direction. |
REVERSE | 1 | Reverse layout direction for page arrangement. For Axis::HORIZONTAL axis, this represents Right-to-Left (RTL) layout. For Axis::VERTICAL axis, this represents Bottom-to-Top (BTT) layout. |
