Assigns a handler to process requests for media control actions for a given component.

handler
IMediaControlHandlerAsync An instance of the IMediaControlHandlerAsync interface that manages media control actions.
instance
IComponentInstance An instance of the IComponentInstance interface representing the component for which the handler is being set.

updateMediaSessionStates

Updates the state of the media sessions.
