LLM_AUTO

LLM_AUTO: 1 LLM state Auto - display subsystem is free to choose any LLM state.

LLM_ON

LLM_ON: 2 LLM state ON - display subsystem is instructed to enable LLM unconditionally and allows it to enable one of the supported low latency modes.

LLM_OFF

LLM_OFF: 3 LLM state OFF - display subsystem is instructed to disable LLM unconditionally.
