Description | Requirement |

MCU/CPU |
Varies based on the desired experience. As a reference, the Echo Wall Clock uses an ARM-Cortex M4 family SOC clocked at 48 MHz. |
Memory |
A minimum of 16 KB for protocol buffer and security support. The memory requirement may be higher depending on the complexity of the gadget. |
Bluetooth |
Your gadget must support Bluetooth 4.2 or above. This can be Classic Bluetooth or Bluetooth Low Energy. |
Pairing |
Your gadget must be able to enter pairing mode, either via a mechanical button or switch, or through some other mechanism like powering off and on. |
