Custom Skills Quality Dashboard overview

The Custom Skills Quality Dashboard allows you to get insight about your skills performance and learn more about improving your skill's VUI experience.

Summary page

You can find an overview of your skill's voice interaction model performance metrics on the performance summary page. You can use the available metrics to determine what parts of your skill's voice interaction model needs improvement. At the bottom of the Summary page there is a bar chart where you can view how your skill performs against other similar skills.

Traits of a skill with high confidence

The following is a list of traits that will help your skill reach and maintain a high confidence rating.

  • Alexa correctly handles customer scenarios.
  • Alexa understands what the customer is saying.
  • The conversation has a natural flow.
  • Your skill has no endpoint failures.

Endpoint Latency

Skills with low Endpoint Latency respond slowly and cause friction for customers.

  1. In the side bar, click on Endpoint Latency to view Endpoint Latency metrics.
  2. Adjust the drop down menus to view different metrics.

Endpoint Response

Skills that have no response confuse customers. Your Endpoint Response metrics will reflect a low score if your skill is providing no responses.

  1. In the side bar, click on Endpoint Response to view Endpoint Response metrics.
  2. Adjust the drop down menus to view different metrics.
