Merchant Registration for eCommerce Providers

This technical guide provides information to Ecommerce providers about integrating a custom Amazon Pay merchant registration flow for their Ecommerce solution. It covers the following:

  • How to initiate the registration workflow
  • How to accept merchant credentials when registration is complete

The workflows can be used for both hosted and unhosted Ecommerce providers.

Prerequisites

In order to integrate with our registration workflow, you will need to work with your Amazon Pay managed account representative (AR). Your AR will gather some information from you, and then provide you with your spId (platform ID), which is required to integrate with the registration workflow, and an ld (lead code) that helps identify the source of the registrations.
