How to Join the European Alexa Perks Program
You can try to reach any of the Milestones, it is not required to meet one after the other.
We are closing Tier 1 of the European Alexa Perks Program due to unusually high demand. All skills submitted prior to 18 November 2019 and which otherwise comply with the terms of the program will remain eligible to receive the Tier 1 prize.
Register with your Vendor ID with the form below and publish or update your skills during the promotion period (15 May 2019 – 30 November 2019) and according to the requirements outlined below. Find your Vendor ID here (it starts with the letter M). If you don´t have a Vendor ID yet, register as an Alexa Developer.

Q: I believe that I have done everything to qualify for one or more Milestones. When will I receive my perks?
A: Please allow 60 days after the skill has met the Milestone requirements to receive your Alexa promotion benefit. If you don´t hear back from us after 60 days, please contact us.
Q: How can I register for the program?
A: We made it easy for you to enter the program. You need to fill out the form below with your Vendor ID and Email address to register. We will check on a regular basis, if one of your skills is eligible for one of the perks.
Q: Do I need to meet one Milestone after the other to be eligible?
A: No. The Milestones are independent from each other. You decide, which of the Milestones you are interested in and try to reach it. First, you need to register to the program in the form above. Then, you can try to reach one or more milestones during the promotion period. You can reach every milestone only once during the promotion period. For example:
As an experienced developer, you might not want to publish three new skills, but rather add a feature to one of your existing ones or only build one new skill.
Q: Do I need to add the Skill IDs of the Skills I want to submit for the program?
A: No. To register for the program, you need to enter your Email address and your Vendor ID in the form above. We will check on a regular basis, if one of your skills is eligible for one of the perks.
Q: Can I apply if I don't live in the UK/Ireland, Germany/Austria, France or Spain/Italy?
A: No, this promotion is available to residents in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria, France, Spain and Italy. If you’re not based in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria, France, Spain or Italy, check out our other promotions in Japan, US and Canada, Mexico, Australia and India.
Q: Do I have to submit new skills to qualify for the promotion?
A: For Milestone 1 (First Skill) and 2 (Three Skills and User Engagement), you need to submit a new skill. For Milestone 3 (APL) and 4 (ISP), you can add the feature to your existing skill within the promotion period.
Q: Can I submit my skill for multiple Alexa promotions?
A: No. We do sometimes run multiple promotions during the same period, but we do not allow for eligibility for more than one promotion at a time unless it is noted. If you submit for more than one Alexa promotion at a time (including in other geographies), you will be disqualified from all Alexa promotions at the time, with the exception of Alexa Skills Challenges.

A: You can view your skill analytics in the Developer Console. Please find information about available metrics (such as unique users/customers), definitions and frequently asked questions in our documentation.
Update 18/11/2019: We've updated the Terms and Conditions to close Tier 1 to submissions. Skill submissions received prior to 18/11/2019 and which otherwise comply with the Terms and Conditions shall remain eligible for the Tier 1 promotional benefit.
